I guess it is also a HMD post but I have to say I'm not really fond of those, as they seem to create a lot of drama when they get anony-tagged, and really if you have an issue with how I'm playing a character *I* created it seems like it'd be better for both of us to just tell me up front than to leave an anonymous tag and just make me kind of peeved without any real explanation!
I think anonymous posting is enabled and IP logging is off, though, if you really insist.

Look at the bright side, everyone - at least it's just voices and videos and whatnot, and not something else, right? I mean, it's kind of neat hearing people and just listening, if you can pick one person out.
I think I heard some voices from home... that'd be nice, wouldn't it? The Dark Tower can't possibly make up all of that stuff, can it?

[For a moment, there's no noise other than the distant sounds of the Fair Folk carnival.
And then, an unfamiliar SCREAM. Not a sad one or a scared one, as is so common in World's End; a scream that is nothing more than pure, unadulterated joy. It sounds like a young teenager, a tenor voice, a voice that hasn't been heard in World's End before.

[ Right now, Rion looks more freaked out than anytime anyone's ever seen him, except maybe for when Rise and Aaron were with him for the raiders. He's panicked and if he's not crying right now, he definitely has been very recently. ]
Where's Zelda? I can't find her anywhere, and she. She doesn't just disappear like this, does anyone know where she is I can't find her, Ketara can't find her or even sense her at all...

[ He stops, sitting down and slumping over, staring at the video screen like he desperately wants someone to tell him differently, that Zelda just went out for a trip or something, that she'll be back. He is not taking this well. ]

[ Well, here's an interesting sight. The video flips on to reveal Rion and Ashoka, outdoors and presumably ready to do that fishing thing, judging by the river, the bridge, and whatnot. It's an interesting setup though - they appear to have stretched a net across the bridge, lowered into the water.
The video swings around to Rion's face, as he begins to type. ]
We figured out a better way to go fishing. [ Rion's fingers can clearly be heard, typing into the communicator, and he has the goofiest grin on his face. ]
[ A pause, then Rion looks over to Ashoka, signing quickly. For those who do know sign language, it'll be pretty clear; otherwise it just looks like, well, signing. ]
Are you ready?

[ Given the relative difference in skill between Dawn and Rion, and given that this Dawn is rather... amoral and generally a bad person, and also that Rion has been missing for several days, what's on the screen might come as kind of a surprise.
It's Dawn - or at least looks like Dawn - but she's been wrapped up by Rion's Dragonair several times, and even if she weren't restrained by that, her body occasionally jerks and twitches. She's still very much alive, and apparently very displeased about this, but talking seems to be something she can't do right now; a bunch of rags have been stuffed into her mouth. All in all, whatever happened, Rion seems to have definitely gotten the better end of this deal.
After a moment, the view swings around to Rion, who's now typing quickly, almost frantically; you can hear his fingers hitting the keys quickly, slamming into them. ]
Riqis, Ashoka. Anyone else. I've got Dawn restrained, and should be able to keep her like this for a while. Do you know what happened yet?

[ Rion has his guitar out this time, instead of just opening with text. It's a good minute or so of playing, a fast, sort of uplifting song; it's unclear whether it's something he knows from heart or something he's improvising on the fly, but he's fairly good with his guitar - that much is obvious.
After a bit, he stops playing, picking up the communicator again to type. Ketara can be seen sort of hovering over his shoulder too, looking at the camera. ]
I'd like to do some sort of... music thing or something, I guess. Something where people can get together and have food and listen to people playing, since I know we have a lot of musicians and cooks and whatnot.
It seems like it'd be a good way to get rid of some of the stress that's built up, right? I mean I know we have a lot to do but just putting more and more pressure on everyone makes everyone cranky and unhappy.
... it's not too stupid of an idea, is it?

I really don't like the idea of having someone in my head.
On the one hand, it'd be nice - especially for me - to be able to talk, or think, to someone, without having to sign (which nobody ever understands anyway), or typing (which takes so long). But them knowing everything I do, everything I think?
That scares me a lot. I mean, I don't think I really think anything too terrible, but... at the same time, it really scares me. I need my own space, I need my own place to think, and I don't want anyone else in there.
... if anyone wants to talk about it, I -- oh wait, they'd hear you anyway, I guess, so.
